Contributed to an external evaluation of the JRS Global Strategic Framework, examining implementation and organizational perspectives across multiple global regions. Supported qualitative data collection and analysis through regional focus groups, structured coding, and synthesis of findings to identify cross-cutting themes and inform organizational learning and future strategic direction.
