Developed and strengthened organizational child safeguarding systems through the creation of a comprehensive Child Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and supporting implementation resources. The project included safeguarding procedures, codes of conduct, visitor guidance, reporting structures, risk assessment tools, and practical resources designed to translate policy commitments into everyday organizational practice.
